Advent Health- Sports and Camp Physicals

AdventHealth Medical Group will be performing $20 PHYSICALS.

With no appointment needed, sports physicals from AdventHealth Medical Group couldn’t be easier. Whether your child is getting ready for sports or school, a physical is the first step in making sure they’re healthy and ready for any activity.
 

These annual, mandatory pre-participation physicals for student athletes will include assessments of vitals and functional movement, as well as a medical screening.
