Everything can be adapted to individual needs. Classes will be led by Sarah from Awaken Tai Chi. She has over a decade of experience practicing Qigong\, Tai Chi and other forms of combat arts and moving meditation. She enjoys teaching beginners and helping people adapt movements and postures to suit the bodies they live in.
